How is COVID-19 spread?
It is thought that it first spread from animals that had the virus to people in China.
Spread from one person to another is through contact with an infected person with COVID-19 virus through coughing or sneezing or contact with surfaces or articles contaminated with COVID-19 virus.
What are the symptoms?
Some people become infected but don’t develop any symptoms and don’t feel unwell.
For those who feel unwell, the most common symptoms are include fever, tiredness, cough.
